Ewos Cronulla Duplex

A boutique duplex development located in Cronulla, Sutherland Shire. The proposal is for two large 4x bedroom residences, with basement parking.  The architectural expression includes a simple palate of materials with rich layering in the detail and expression of each material, including timber and off form concrete. The facade includes a sweeping curve which separates the two dwellings from the streetscape.
 
The project is due for construction in 2023.
