A boutique mixed-use building in Shellharbour shaped by its coastal setting and urban context.

A rhythmic series of arches defines the podium, engaging the street and forming a sheltered retail edge, while soft, sculptural slab forms float above in response to the coastline and local character. Four full-floor residences sit above activated ground-floor retail, offering an elevated and private living experience. A warm palette of brick, stone and smooth concrete, layered with cascading planting and generous glazing, creates a refined address defined by light, materiality and connection to place.
