Twin Curve House

The proposal is for a large 5 bedroom residence overlooking Kyle Bay in Blakehurst.  From the streetscape the proposal presents as a two storey luxury dwelling with garage and pedestrian entrance.  The architectural expression includes a simple palate of materials with rich layering in the detail and expression of each material.  From the rear the proposal includes three levels which follow the slope of the site and include large external decks for the master bedroom (top), primary living area (ground) and secondary living area (lower level). The home has been designed around a central courtyard which captures sunlight throughout the day. The striking edges and angles are softened with controlled and balanced curves, creating relaxing spaces for living a entertaining.
