Zephyr

A boutique apartment building along Cronulla's Esplanade, comprising five exclusive single-floor residences.

Commissioned through a competition process, the design was carefully resolved to deliver uninterrupted ocean views from every bedroom on a narrow waterfront site. The building peels away from its edges and opens toward the water, creating a layered, sculptural façade inspired by the rock strata of the nearby break wall. Expansive glazing and a refined palette of timber, stone, and glass connect interiors with the surrounding coastal landscape, delivering understated coastal luxury and thoughtfully considered living at every scale.
