A boutique duplex in Cronulla designed to respond to its coastal setting through form, light and landscape.

Organised around a sculptural curved centre, each residence spans multiple levels above the basement level, with generous living spaces flowing to deep terraces and landscaped edges for seamless indoor–outdoor living. Soft geometry, layered planting and a restrained palette of concrete, stone and warm timber tones create a calm coastal expression, bringing together architecture and landscape to shape homes connected to nature.
