Kangaroo Point House

A new home in Kangaroo Point which we have designed to capture the breathtaking water views afforded to a site sitting high, overlooking the Georges River. This new home has been composed with three forms in place; a strong sandstone base with garage parking, and two forms above which slip past one another to capture views, sunlight and ventilation. The use of sandstone, timber and concrete are well balanced to create a luxurious and proportioned residence in an ideal location for a growing young family. 

 

The project is due for construction in 2021.
