The Esplanade Apartments

A boutique apartment building located along The Esplanade in Cronulla, designed with 5 exclusive single floor apartments. The project was commissioned as part of a Competition process, where the design concept was to enable ocean views for each bedroom on what is a narrow waterfront site. The building peels from the sides and opens towards the views, expressing a complex layered elevation which was inspired from the layers found in the rock strata of the break rocks below.
