Eastwood Duplex

Eastwood Duplex includes spacious 4 bedroom dwellings designed around a courtyard which allows natural light into the living areas throughout the day.  From the streetscape the proposal presents as separate two storey luxury dwellings with garage and pedestrian entrance.  The architectural expression includes a simple palate of materials with rich layering in the detail and expression of each material.  Eastwood Duplex showcases our practice ethos in designing townhouse dwellings which identify as separate dwellings, giving each owner identify and sense of ownership.
 
The project was approved under the Complying Development Codes and is due for completion in 2022.
