Dover Heights Duplex

A boutique duplex development located in Dover Heights. The proposal is for two large 4x bedroom residences, 2 living areas, with basement parking.  The proposed dwellings have been designed to maximise sunlight through large voids and garden atriums, which looks over a swimming pool beyond. The facade includes a subtle curve which separates the two dwellings from the streetscape.
 
The project is due for construction in 2023.
