The Dampier Duplex is located along Dampier street, Chifley which presents a mix of one and two storey low density dwellings. From the streetscape the proposal presents as a two storey luxury pair of dwellings. Garage doors are integrated within the facade. This proposal represents the recent shift in low density development by providing high end residential outcomes through careful planning. Each dwelling includes 4 bedrooms with large open planning living spaces connected to outdoors spaces to the rear.
