Burraneer x 01 Duplex 

The Burraneer Duplex 01 is an example of EMK’s ability to respond to the character of the client and create the maximum sense of space, light and amenity.

The linear modernity of the duplex takes on elements of drama as the sculptural forms around the swimming pool and living area plays a pivotal role in the floor plan, separating the formal and casual spaces.

The 8 metre pool running along the entire side of each dwelling ensures that water or greenery is the outlook. Balanced by the warmth of finely detailed joinery and the sunlight that floods the house, this project aims to provide pleasant dwellings to for living, laughing and entertaining.
