A boutique mixed-use building located on the Eastern coast of Sydney which consists of hotel, apartment and retail amenities. The scheme was a winner in a design competition, and was named 'Dune' after the sand formations and imprints created along the beach. The coastal and durable Architecture consists of large eaves, floating over the strong podium or 'Dune'. Rooftop pools, lush landscape and wellness amenities are integrated to create a resort inspired development.
